National Publishing House was started in 1945 by Mr. K. L. Malik. Later
on, his five sons – Surander Kumar Malik, Davender Malik, Mahander Malik,
Bharat Bhushan Malik and Narander Malik joined him as directors. We have
so far published more than one thousand books in Hindi, English and Urdu
by prominent authors.
MAIN OBJECTS
1. To acquire and take over as a going concern all Assets and Liabilities of every kind and description of :
National Publishing House (K. L. Malik & Sons)
Indian Publishing House (Malik & Sons)
Mayur Paperbacks; and
Malik & Company, Jaipur
2. To carry on business of publishing of Text and General books,Short Stories,Children Books and Books relating to History, Literature, Science etc.
3. To carry on the business of Sale and Purchase of all kinds of
Books published by the Company or otherwise in India and outside India.
4. To carry on all or any of the above business as importers and
exporters, clearing and forwarding agents. Publishers, Printers and
dealers of all kinds of goods connected with the business of the Company.
